The microporous board is charactered with large acoustic resistance, small acoustic mass, large sound absorption coefficient and wide frequency band of sound absorption. Compared with expansion type, the advantages of microporous silencer are as follows: smaller size, better silencing capability, wider absorption frequency band and lighter resistance. 结构特点 微孔式消声器耐高温,抗冲击,尤其是在高速气流下具有比阻性消声器、扩张式消声器和阻抗复合式消声器更好的消声效果。 Structure Characteristic Microporous silencer is greatly capable of resisting high-temperature and prevent shock. Especially in the condition of high speed airflow, it would work more effectively than impedance type silencer, expansion type and complex type. 消声特性 WX系列消声器按消声量的不同可以分为两种系列,即WX25和WX35系列,消声性能见图3.为满足火星熄灭的要求,还有WX25M系列干式灭火式消声器,该型式经中国船级社认可,并已经在16000吨和40000吨油船等船舶上使用。 Silencing Capability According to the capability of decreasing noise, WX series is categorized into 2 kinds: WX25 and WX35, shown in the next diagram3, WXM series is also for another propose of spark extinguishing.
